To request a quotation, please have the following information:
Your phone number, address, e-mail address,
Number of Children to be painted,
Number of Adults to be painted,
The occasion. and theme if you have one.
An associate will get back to you by the next business day.
If the date and quote are acceptable, your date will be held for one week.
Normal charge is $100 first hour and $50/hr. on additional hours.
Volunteer work only during the week and on the south side of Indy or
Greenwood. Only a few dates will be considered for "a special rate". However,
rates and terms might be negotiated.
You have until the end of a week to place your 25% deposit**, otherwise your date is not reserved.
Once we receive your deposit, an associate will contact you by e-mail with a contract spelling out the details. You will be asked to reply with "I accept these terms".
On or before the day of and
prior
to the start of the event, payment of the balance is required in cash or company check, unless otherwise arranged. Please be sure someone at the event knows about and gives this payment to me or one of my associates. Please note that no work will begin without final payment.
